Initial Training Webinar for MIT Ambassadors and Recruits (May 4, 2022)

A Members in Transition Program Ambassador offers significant value for NFBPA members at a transition stage in their career. This webinar will discuss the importance of Ambassadors as a value added resource to the continued career success and retention of its members.  They function as professional colleagues, advisors, and supporters  -- not employment consultants.  An Ambassador provides help with foreseen transition issues, offers tactical career advice, and aids with professional support to the MIT participant.  They maintain contact with local and regional NFBPA leadership. Ambassadors may introduce an MIT participant to local and national search resources known to the Ambassador. The efforts of MIT Ambassadors are performed in support of NFBPA and its members on a volunteer basis. Key methods, resources available and tactics are shared.
