About Us

The National Forum for Black Public Administrators Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers Program, or EJ TCTAC Program, is a comprehensive national program funded by the U.S. EPA. The funding was given to the International City Managers Association (ICMA), which selected four partners as sub-awardees to administer the program. NFBPA is one of those partners.

The program's mission is to empower and support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities across the United States in addressing environmental justice and health issues and concerns.

To accomplish this mission, the NFBPA EJ TCTAC Program will provide educational resources, training, and technical support to NFBPA Chapters, cities, and towns, as well as community-based organizations related to building more healthy, safe, and resilient communities.
